What precautions are you taking regarding COVID-19?
We have taken a range of precautions to ensure you stay safe in yout stay with us.

Appropriate signage is displayed in all public areas and hand sanitiser is plentiful.
Tables have been spread out to support social distancing, and buffet items are now served to you by a member of staff.
​
If you are feeling unwell or have been in touch with someone with symptoms in the last 14 days, please do not visit the hotel.
​
If you have any concerns, please feel free to give us a call.

Do you have parking available?
We do not have any onsite parking, however Central Car Park is just a 30 second walk away from us.
​
There is plenty of spaces available and cash, card or contactless payment is available.
​
Blue Badge holders can park outside the property for 3 hours, or on Coronation Street for free subject to availability for how many nights you're staying with us.

There is also Hornby Road Car Park, which we recommend as it's cheaper -- current price is £12 / 24 hours*.

Can we store our luggage?
You are welcome to store your luggage with us - please just ask.
​
Luggage can be stored after 10.30am, before checking in.
​
You can leave luggage if needed after checking out until 4pm.
Do you accept dogs?
Well behaved dogs are welcome to stay with us at the hotel.
Please note that they will not be allowed to enter our Lounge and Dining Room due to food being served there.

Have you got availability for me to redeem my voucher?
Please note that we have limited availability and we always recommend giving us a call to check availability before buying a voucher.

Gift certificates can be bought for a loved one or a special occasion. Please note these are only valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Not valid over Christmas and New Year.
Will any rooms become available?
If you would like to visit us but we don't have any availability, please feel free to give us a call within 14 days of your ideal check in date and we may be able to accomodate you.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2pm to 8pm. If you're going to be any later than that, please call the hotel on 01253 428952.

Check-out is 10.30am on weekdays and 11.30am at the weekend.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel up to 14 days before arrival. If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival then a charge equal to the first night of the stay will be made.
